No one ever believes that I stood close in front of Mt. Everest, but

Our one-day Mt. Everest base camp trek was the best experience of our travel history. We were able to touch the top of the world. It was our dream from Childhood and we had to wait for many years. Everest Base Camp Helicopter Tour was an incredible flight being close to
 Mt. Everest and other giant peaks. I would suggest Himalayan Holidays 
 Service change it to ‘Best Closest views of Mt. Everest Views’
 on a Helicopter Tour. Actually, I would imagine that there is no safe and 
 good space for a helicopter to land at Everest base camp. But it was far 
 better landing safe and sound at the bottom of high Kalapathar Hill.

An exciting, mind-blowing experience on the Everest base camp helicopter tour,
 it was far from what I expected. The views around we stood, at the bottom 
 of Kalapathar Hill were so perfect to enjoy; the glorious panorama of the high

The fond memory of Everest Base Camp Helicopter Tour will be always remembered throughout my lifetime. What an experience flying parallel close to the Himalayan range of peaks, and then landing at a safe and scenic helipad. It was best not to land at Everest base camp, due to the fragile environment of the surrounding. Mountains, mountains, and more mountains that we experienced on Everest Base Camp Helicopter Tour. We were so lucky with the weather to view Nepal’s beautiful landscapes of high-rolling green hills and valleys.

What an experience joining Everest base camp helicopter tour, enjoyed
every hour of the scenic ride. It was truly a blissful moment standing in
front of world highest Mt. Everest at a mere distance.
Although the helicopter did not land at actual Everest base camp, due to
technical reason and availability of space for safe landing.
But landing at the base of Kalapathar Hill was the best spot for grand views

Mount Everest flight

People all over the world are not aware that Nepal and few Asian country with minimum effect of the Corona Virus pandemic, however, safe measures was always there wearing mask, and washing hand frequently a daily routine for local as well for visitors.

Booking for Everest Helicopter Flight to Everest Base Camp, was a great idea where all safety measures were taken, with few passengers abroad to make a safe distance from each other.

Besides, all safety precaution it was a smashing and marvelous flight flying close to Mt. Everest and stopping near the base camp with glorious views of

I came to Nepal for trekking, but due to the pandemic there were not many trekkers to join for Everest base camp, where the local trekking agency required a minimum of two people to make the trek possible.

When I reached Kathmandu everything was normal however, there were very few tourists and mountaineers that I came across in the hotel, trekking was not for me in a short time of holiday.

Visiting Nepal amidst Covid-19 was really exciting, the country was back to normal although with safety measures where mask and washing hands every time was a routine. Similarly on my exciting Everest helicopter flight to Everest base camp, where precaution was the most important wearing mask and washing hands with sanitizer. 

Besides all safety measures, the flight was worth taking it was a breathtaking experience heading so close to Mt. Everest and other high mountain ranges.

Private Chopper ride to Everest

When I arrived in Kathmandu, there was not much foreign tourist a few weeks ago, after Nepal and most countries released the lockdown the effect that hit hard on Nepal tourism. However, I was able to join Everest Helicopter Flight to Everest Base Camp with all major safety precautionary measures provided by the Government and Heli Company. 
              
It was an incredible flight of more than 3 hours with few short stops high up around Sherpa villages, and the close view of Mt. Everest was really outstanding with other high mountains.

The whole flight of more than three hours was just fantastic with the closest view of Mt. Everest including countless towering high Himalayan peaks.

Thanks to the pilot and the company I booked with Himalaya Holiday Service. Being here in Nepal amidst pandemic, well everything was in order and precaution were perfectly maintained, getting on board in a chopper where all passengers, including the pilot, was wearing mask and face shield provided by the Helicopter company with sanitizer in each seat.
I had a lovely time and a great holiday taking Everest Helicopter Flight to base camp, a mesmerizing air tour with stops for great breakfast on the highest Everest View Hotel facing Mt. Everest, oh what a trip enjoyed every minute with close views of Mt. Everest.

It was an unexpected visit to Nepal during the Corona Virus pandemic, but on arrival after a thorough medical check-up and with my health document.
I was free to travel around Nepal, although precautionary measures existed in every place that I visited in Nepal, from big cities to smaller towns and villages.
On my last day in Nepal with time till my international flight in the late evening I booked for Helicopter Flight to Everest Base Camp, it was just a marvellous flight from the start to the end of the trip and with closest views of Mt. Everest and other high Himalayan, it was just the right thing I did and the memories of the lovely scenic flight will always stay with me.

The world over was bad for the tourism industry, however, I managed to get booked on Everest Base Camp Helicopter Flight Tour with Himalaya Holiday Service. Due to Covid-19 pandemic, the security and medical check-up were good and very efficient.
When I arrived at Kathmandu international airport having my PCR checked report against Covid-19 and then let me enter into Nepal, and rest it was smooth and wonderful, although not many tourist around during this pandemic situation. I was lucky to escape from the boredom for months and it was just the right flight to freedom on Helicopter Flight to Everest Base Camp.
It was a great experience being so close to world number Mt. Everest with an array of towering mountain ranges, and having breakfast at one of the world’s highest Everest View Hotel was just marvelous.

Good and happy tours. I loved it. It was a sharing helicopter flight to Everest base camp. 5 of us flew from Kathmandu, the route was to Lukla, Pheriche and Kalapather stop after EBC overfly. on the return leg stopped at Hotel Everest view and back to Kathmandu. It was 3.5hrs life time flight experience.

Hi Rajan – Thanks again for a most awesome trip that you made possible! As a follow-up, Gail and I would like to share some friendly thoughts regarding our experiences. The entire time we spent in Nepal was wonderful. Paras is a gem – a great guide in many ways. The driver was also very friendly and did a fine job. The Hotel was a total winner. The room was okay, nothing special, but there was a lovely pool area that Gail and I were able to find refuge on many afternoons.from the “craziness” (in a good way) of the City. Poolside food service and the Hotel’s buffet breakfasts were excellent. The food was okay, but the menu never changed during the six or seven days we were there and the selection of Western-style food was limited. The entire hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Moving along, our trip to Bhutan was very nice, and it was very special meeting the King, but the overall experience was so-so compared to Nepal. We had a very nice guide who we liked a lot, so it wasn’t anything to do with her. The food we had during our stay at the Aryia, the TNG, and the restaurants we went for lunch and dinner, was not to our taste at all. Breakfast buffets at both hotels were stingy and limited in variety for Western palates. In two places we shared tables with total strangers, which we would have preferred not doing. On our first night in Bhutan we were seated in an empty local restaurant with two women (that hadn’t met before either) that I believe were clients of your Bhutan tour affiliate. To Gail and me the food was terrible. So was the rice wine. The two strangers were nice. One final thing. We did not make the climb to the Tigers Nest because of its difficulty. We take some of the blame for that since we were not physically up to it. That said, we had no idea of the distance and altitude gain from ground level to the monastery would be so challenging. If we had, we would have conditioned ourselves better and brought along better equipment. You might want to provide future clients with some more detailed advance warning. In sum, the trip was great. Feel free to use us for any references you may be asked for in the future.

This company is great for anyone who wants to visit Nepal and Himalayas. Emails are answered quickly and there is total flexibility in assembling the tours. Nepal is still rebuilding the earthquake of 2015, but many monuments have been preserved and others have been renovated. It is a beautiful country. I made two unforgettable helicopter landing tours to Annapurna Base Camp in the Pokhara region, and to Everest Base Camp kalapather. As flights are shared with other tourists it does not get so expensive. And worth every penny you get in the center of the Himalayas!

My Everest Base camp trekking was fantastic, lucky with weather and Himalaya holiday service arranged well from planning till the end. we flew from Kathmandu to Lukla airport for 45 minutes, seeing lukla was bonus trip from where trekkers start to hike to Base camp. Then trekked Kalapather for 6 days and Everest base camp, Enjoyed view of Pumori, Lhotse and Nuptse, Amadablam etc. The hike to the base camp was incredible and Guide and Porter was very helpful . hiking at kalapather was our life time experience. Guide Buddhi tried his best to make our trip smooth. we got one of the best service. Special tanks to Buddhi and the HHS team.

Mount Everest base camp was in our bucket list since last 5 years. Due to 2015 Earth quake we had to postponed the trip and finally made it in November 2018. Helicopter took off from Kathmandu airport and flew to Lukla airport. as we were booked in a private charter then it went to for Base camp fly over and landed at the Kalapther helipad then to Hotel Everest view for breakfast, finally to kathamdnu. Mount Everest helicopter tour

Me and my wife dreamed to go to the mount Everest base camp by doing 2 weeks trekking but never got enough time and changed our mind and asked to Rajan to do one day private helicopter tour to Base camp. He arranged all smoothly. We stopped at base camp and took some pictures then have Champagne at Everest view hotel. It is worth doing it. Highly recommended if you have only few days in Nepal.

Beautiful trip to Everest base camp (EBC)
we booked a group joining helicopter tour package to Everest base camp for March 5th. In the morning weather was bit cloudy in Katmandu and flight was delayed by 20 minutes. Once we got to Lukla weather was fantastic. when we took of from Lukla to Kalapather we had to split due to weight in high altitude. First flight was for 2 people and last flight was for rest of all. When we landed at Everest base camp Kalapather we did not see a spot of cloud, cloud was very blue – I have never seen that blue in other world. It is expensive trip but worth doing it it you get sharing chance with a small group.

Thank you so much for arranging a wonderful trip for my husband and I in September! We really appreciated the ease of access by phone and email, to the planning and seamless execution of everything.

We absolutely loved each location and being steeped in culture and mysticism of each country we visited. We also now have the bragging rights of flying past Mt Everest 4 Times! :). Our interaction with each guide and driver was wonderful. We felt totally taken care of and also appreciated the day by day flexibility of rearranging plans if needed. A shout out to Paras in Nepal, Peldon in Tibet, and Nawang in Bhutan! And of course our drivers who safely navigated us through some unbelievable traffic and treacherous terrain.

Our hotels were also great, the rooms clean, the staff courteous, and the food great, especially at Hotel Shambala in Nepal.

Our only regret is not being able to stay longer! Next time we come back to the region, we will definitely definitely travel through Himalaya Holiday Service! Thank you for everything!

We had excellent trip in Paro, Thimpu, Punakha, Kathmandu and  Pokhara. All the guides and drivers were friendly. Rajan choose hotels as per our budget and they were lovely and cozy. Food was little spicy in Bhutan and mild in Nepal. Over all, our experience is memorable.

Hello Rajan,

Just wanted to let you know that our time in Nepal was great. We enjoyed all the sites we went to visit the scenery is great. Paras was a great guide in Kathmandu and Pokhara, and very knowledgeable. The guide in Lumbini was also great. It sure makes a vacation that much better when you have such great people for guides.

Driver Sangram and his friend took us out to 2 villages near Lumbini and the people were very friendly, especially the children. We like to learn something about the culture of a country and that involves visiting different peoples to see how they live.

Our jungle trips were great and we got to see a number of birds and animals. Except for the fact that our elephant went a little crazy for a few seconds it was an enjoyable ride through the jungle. Sangram is a great driver and also a good guide when we were alone with him.

Traveling Bhutan, Myanmar and Nepal

In February and March 2015, my wife and I were able to visit Myanmar, Bhutan and Nepal. Our trip and itinerary was arranged with the assistance of Rajan, and his company, Himalaya Holiday Service (P) Ltd.. We were extremely pleased with the accommodations, tours, guides and drivers which served us during this three-week holiday; and can highly recommend this company and its owner to anyone who is considering traveling in these beautiful countries.

Rajan was incredibly responsive in replying to all of our pre-trip questions and email messages. He also checked up on us while we were traveling to see how things were going. (even while trekking Annapurna/ Poon Hill). When we did have problems, he was there immediately to solve them. During our stay in Nepal, the Kathmandu airport was closed for over three days because a Turkish Airlines plane skidded off the runway and could not be moved. Rajan was not responsible for our return flight, since we had made those arrangements personally. However, he accompanied us to the chaotic airport and helped us gain entry passed thousands of people who were attempting to leave Nepal at that time. He also had a standby driver to get us to Kathmandu if our flight from the Pokhara airport did not materialize. It was late in arriving in Kathmandu, but, Rajan took it upon himself to make sure we could see all we wanted and then some before the sun set.

My wife has dietary issues and each guide knew in advance and was very attentive to the food issues. Look no further for an honest, responsible and responsive tour operator if you are traveling Bhutan, Myanmar or Nepal. We believe you can’t find anyone better.

What a wonderful experience we had. Our Himalayan itinerary of Nepal, Bhutan and Tibet was just what we expected. Even with the change in our itinerary due to the earthquake, you were able to modify our trip so that everything proceeded just fine. We think maybe it made our trip even better. Our guides in Bhutan, Tibet and Nepal were a wealth of information, spoke good English and were very accommodating. The drivers were the best. We always felt safe on the roads. In addition to showing us all the sights on our itinerary, the guides added sights that brought us closer to everyday life in each country. Trekking from Kathmandu to Mount Everest base camp

Kathmandu tours and Mont Everest base camp trekking with private guide was wonderful experience. We learned so much about Everest and Kathmandu Nepal. Also hiked at Kalapather Base camp and Everest view – which was fabulous.
